My passion for helping others began through the mentorship of my high school social worker and has guided my career ever since. I’ve spent two years as a school counselor, where I’ve witnessed the challenges many youths and their families face—including anxiety, depression, grief, family dysfunction, and low self-esteem. I am deeply committed to helping children and young adults not only cope with life’s challenges but thrive. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, break maladaptive generational cycles, and begin to heal.
With a background in creative writing, I bring a unique, imaginative approach to therapy and enjoy helping clients discover their own creative solutions to life’s obstacles. I utilize a range of therapeutic methods tailored to each individual, drawing from family systems, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and reality therapy. I invite you to reach out to start the process towards positive change. Together, we will build a personalized toolbox of strategies to navigate life with confidence and resilience.
